Over on Facebook, Hubby posted a link to this recipe and suggested that I make it for him. So of course, I flew home from Tucson, went to the store to pick up a few ingredients, and rushed right home to start cooking :)
I always keep some dough mix in the pantry, so I mixed that together and while it was rising I cut the peaches and prosciutto. This pizza, which was actually more of a flatbread, took all of ten minutes to prepare. Here they are cooking on the pizza stone on the grill.
The combination of crispy prosciutto, sweet Texas peaches, and slightly tangy goat cheese was definitely a win.
